It had been 3 years since Gene and I (Richard) had been able to make the trip to Costigan Lake, which means we were long overdue!  For 2005, the crew of sometimes sober and lucid degenerates (a.k.a. fishermen) included:

Once again, Gene and I enjoyed Vic and Bev's hospitality after the drive from Edmonton.  As always, it was very much appreciated.  Not much action Saturday night (for us at least) other than a strategic planning session that involved all participants at Vic's.  The plan that came out of that meeting was to have a week long getaway that would involve a lot of fishing and total relaxation.  I will admit the plan was brilliant in its simplicity, and it was a pleasure to see an assortment of great minds in action.
